Everything you expect from email. Nothing more.

A proven, open mail stack, configured carefully and without shortcuts.

An address on your own domain

You get an address on lolson.pl. Have a domain of your own? We can connect it to the same server.

  • ania@lolson.pl
  • kuba@lolson.pl
  • rodzina@lolson.pl
  • ty@twoja-domena.pl

Encrypted in transit

Every connection goes over TLS. End-to-end encryption is on the roadmap.

Webmail and any client

Browser, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, your phone. Full IMAP and SMTP, no extra bridges.

No ads, no tracking

We don't show ads, build profiles or sell data. There's nothing to make money from.

Our own server, open stack

Mailcow, Postfix, Dovecot. You know what your email runs on and where it lives.

Aliases and multiple mailboxes

Separate addresses for shopping and newsletters, mailboxes for family, a shared address for home.

Spam filter and antivirus

rspamd scores every message, ClamAV scans attachments. You decide what counts as spam.

Calendar and contacts

SOGo with CalDAV and CardDAV sync. Works with your phone and Thunderbird.

Why your own email?

Free email from big providers has a price. You pay it in data: who you write to, what you buy, when you wake up. Your inbox is part of a business model you never see.

Lolson Mail flips that around. The server is under our control, the software is open, and the only goal is for email to simply work. Nobody analyses your messages, because nobody profits from it.

This isn't a corporation. It's a small, carefully maintained server for people who'd rather know where their letters are.

The path of a single message

  1. 1

    You write a message

In webmail, in Thunderbird or on your phone.

  2. 2

    Encrypted connection

The message travels to the server over TLS, then on through a WireGuard tunnel.

  3. 3

    Checks on the server

SPF, DKIM and DMARC confirm the sender. rspamd and ClamAV filter out spam and viruses.

  4. 4

    Delivery

The letter reaches the recipient. Your copy stays on our server, not in an ad company's cloud.

Questions and answers

Connections are encrypted with TLS, the domain is protected with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and logins can be secured with a second factor (TOTP or a hardware key). The server is updated regularly, and backups are encrypted and stored in a separate location.
